How to Access the Member Portal
Step 1: First Time Logging In
If this is your first time logging in to the Member Portal or buying tickets online, or you have forgotten your password, click here to → create/reset you password. On this screen, please click on “Create/Forgot Your Password”.

Step 2: Create or Reset You Password
Create/reset your password by entering the → first and last name of the first person listed on the membership, along with the → email associated with your membership. Please call (513) 287-7041 or email membership@domestictunerz.com if you're having trouble logging in.

Please use the top name on your membership card for the → first and last name.

Step 3: How to Login to Member Portal
In order to access the member portal, please login with the → email address associated with your membership. This is typically the email address you receive member email updates from Cincinnati Museum Center.
